We’re Back, Baby: Raleighwood Returns to Downtown (And We Brought Parking With Us)

After a few great years of calling Midtown home, we felt the pull to return to our roots. So we packed up the ring lights, the whiteboards, the snack drawer, and the wine—and the Raleighwood Media Group + Raleighwood Event Group team is officially back downtown! You can now find us at 311 1/2 E Cabarrus Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, a cozy, character-filled space just steps from some of our favorite Raleigh haunts.

We’re in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but our calendars do fill up quickly. Want to swing by? Call or text ahead at 919-229-9725 to make sure we’re not out visiting a client or off making marketing magic somewhere else. We also have on-street and off-street parking, which, if you’ve spent five minutes downtown, you know is a big deal. Call or text for details to help plan your visit.

Why We’re Excited About Being Back Downtown

Downtown is where it all started for us. And while we loved Midtown’s vibes, there’s nothing like the energy, creativity, and walkability of downtown Raleigh. Our new space is tucked into a historic building just around the corner from Lincoln Theatre, Transfer Co. Food Hall, Little Native Coffee, and Raleigh Wine Shop—which means our snack breaks, meetings, and happy hours just got a serious upgrade.

Fun Fact: You Can Shop While You Are Here

Vivians Denim + Bar

Raleighwood isn’t just home to our marketing crew—it’s also where you’ll find Vivian’s Denim + Bar. This chic boutique is tucked inside our space and features an incredible selection of timeless denim, stylish accessories, and elevated barware to complement your everyday lifestyle. Whether you’re here for a meeting or just stopping by, don’t miss the chance to browse. You might leave with a fresh new fit.

Where You’ll Catch Us

Little Native

Little Native Coffee Co.: Seasonal syrups. A storefront full of Raleigh-made goods. And the kind of pause-your-day energy that only the perfect pour-over can deliver. Housed in a charming building at 426 S. Person Street, this coffee shop is more than just a caffeine stop—it’s a love letter to old Raleigh. Bonus: the back wall now opens up into @littlestshoppe, an impeccably curated space filled with gifts and home goods from local and global makers. It’s a vibe.

Transfer Co. Food Hall: Deciding where to eat is hard. Transfer makes it easy. We’re partial to Dank Burrito and Chhote’s Indian Street Food, but honestly, it’s all good. The vibe is upscale, the vendors are top-tier, and the variety keeps even the pickiest eaters happy. Perfect for group lunches, solo bites, or quick brainstorms over bánh mì.

Raleigh Wine Shop: Also known (by us) as the Raleighwood Annex. This beloved shop has been serving up exceptional wines for over a decade, and in 2022, they leveled up with a gorgeous new space in The Olde East district. Think wine tastings, cheese boards, classes, co-working spots, private event hosting, and a full bar with wine cocktails. It’s the definition of a good time—for work or play.

Lincoln Theatre: Need we say more? Live music literally blocks away from our desk. You might catch us there on a Tuesday night, pretending we don’t have a client call at 9 a.m.

La Terrazza and Mulino Italian Kitchen & Bar: Full disclosure, Umbria Hospitality Group is a client. Also full disclosure: we’re here a lot. Rooftop cocktails at La Terrazza? Poolside pasta at Mulino? Five-minute drive from the office? It’s giving “best idea ever” energy. Ideal for post-meeting debriefs, team dinners, or just living your best downtown life.

Downtown feels like home again—and we can’t wait to share it with you. Come say hi, schedule a meeting, or just join us for a walk to wine. We’re building big things from a small space, and we’re glad to be back where it all began.

See you soon at 311 ½ E Cabarrus Street!
