Client News: Thomas & Hutton’s Matthew Kiker Named 2024 Young Professional of the Year by the American Council of Engineering Companies of North Carolina
CHARLOTTE, NC – Matt Kiker, PE, is being honored with the American Council of Engineering Companies of North Carolina (ACEC/NC) Young Professional of the Year award in recognition of his achievements and professionalism in support of the engineering industry in North Carolina. By way of this award, he has also been entered as the North Carolina nominee for the National Young Professional in Engineering honor awarded by the American Council of Engineering Companies in Washington, DC.
Kiker is the Civil Department Manager at Thomas & Hutton and a resident of Charlotte. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011. “Matt’s versatility is evident in his involvement across diverse projects, ranging from residential and commercial to educational, governmental, and industrial sectors. His involvement in designing over 11 million square feet of industrial projects and several thousand acres of residential subdivisions highlight his breadth of expertise and invaluable contributions to our firm’s success”, shared Mike Barnes, Regional Director for Thomas & Hutton.
