As a modern workplace, we believe that time away from the office is time well spent! You can’t stay creative when you spend all your time inside the same box. With that in mind, we offer some very generous perks for all full-time team members, offered after six months of continuous full-time employment.
- Reasonable Office Hours: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
- Half-Day Fridays: Yup. Exactly what it sounds like. Our office closes at 1 p.m. on Friday, all year long.
- PTO: Two paid weeks off in years 1-5 of continuous employment, three weeks in years 6-10, and four weeks for employees with 11+ years of continuous employment.
- Free Parking: Parking pass valid at our Downtown Raleigh office that can be used 24/7/365.
- Gym Membership: Planet Fitness Black Card membership paid in full by the company – requires a minimum once per week visit.
